Flour produced by local durum wheat, milled in a stone mill. It is not the classic horiatiko one, but a special horiatiko. The product stands out because of its excellent aromas that are due to the way the natural wheat bran is cultivated, with a special crust and spongy form! It smells tradition and it blends perfectly with the tastes of our traditional cuisine!
